Is facial hair on a girl unattractive?

Do you think it is?(No, i do not have facial hair.)

I mean like a mustache. Is facial hair on a girl unattractive?
EEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW YES...... I had this 1 teacher who licked her fingers and then smoothened out her mustache .............................GROSSIs facial hair on a girl unattractive?
oh god yes, it scares the hell out of me Report Abuse

I suffer from unwanted facial hair due to hormone levels and always remove it. My friends do not know I suffer from this as they never see it and never will.

But, I suppose if you are comfortable with it what has it got to do with anyone else - no one has the right to say what is attractive or unattractive on you.
Well yes hirsutism that's what facial hair in women are called I mean some minimal hairs are pretty common. But a moustache or a beard can look ridiculous even though I saw a woman with a beard usually trying not to be judgmental yet it was something else. It wasn't a full long beard but it was like a teenager's growth which was kind of weird, probably due to hormonal reasons anyone with this problem should ask their physician to check their hormones or any other underlying reason and no they not turning into a man even though they may have too much of a male hormone testosterone.
Hi, me personally i think it's very unattractive, but my sister is so beautiful and she likes women, but she has facial hair and she don't seem to have any problems with getting with someone, i couldn't never understand it but hey we get what GOD gives up right......................have a BLESSED DAY
oohhh my gosh! no it isnt BUT if it is what you or your friend wants then go for it. It isnt common so that is why we r all saying ...yuck but there is so many options available if you do not opt for hair on your face. The web site below should help , it is about facial hair on women. Goodluck!!
Facial hair on women in most cultures is not considered a very feminine trait. However, there are some cultures that do not seem to be bothered by it.
I don't believe it would be considered that attractive. To each his or her own though!

Please answer my question!

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…
Yes, I have a friend who had a mustache and even her boyfriend secretly said something about it (it wasn't reallly nice though, the comment)
Yes. Dont be sad we all do. I'm blonde so you cant see it. Try veet waxing strips to wax it off. i use that for my eye brows. Cheap and will make you look good with no flaws.
It's generally regarded by society as unattractive, yes. But it can easily be removed by facial wax strips though.
yes it is unattractive i mean since thats not ';beautiful'; you dont see a model with a mustache you dont want a girl with a mustache
Very UNattractive

It makes the gal look like part of a act in a Circus

Or

Would it be wise to get a facial at a cosmetology college??

It's cheap to do, only $10, but I'm scared! Done by Aesthetics students. Can they do anything during a facial that would end in disaster? I'm a student and can't afford a professional salon and thought I might give this a try.

Any thoughts?Would it be wise to get a facial at a cosmetology college??
I'm sure you will be happy. Remember, they are being graded on their work, so you know they will do the best work possible. I've experienced working on the public when I was a student years ago.Would it be wise to get a facial at a cosmetology college??
Sure, It's fine..it's just like getting a facial from a licensed Cosmetologist....They're watched over by Licensend Cosmetologists/ instructors, So nothing to worry about.
Well they are students. So they are still learning. Don't expect it to be the best facial you have ever had. It wont be a disaster but be alert.
No they can't do anything that would end in a disaster. It will be fine, they need people to practice on so they can improve.
you should ask but i would of thought they cant touch you unless there is a tutor present! and the tutor will watch and guide the students

What's your favorite kind of homemade facial?

how do you make it and what does it do?

just curiousWhat's your favorite kind of homemade facial?
My favorite home remedy for a facial is plain milk of magnesia because it's so easy. I apply a thin layer all over my face %26amp; let it dry for 15-20 minutes. Then I rinse it off w/ cool water %26amp; a face cloth. This facial absorbs excess oil %26amp; temporarily tightens my pores. What's your favorite kind of homemade facial?
I have combination skin so on the oily part of my face i use eggwhites ant dry rolled oats and for the dry part i use honey

works like a charm to even out my complection
eggs. only use the white part of the egg ( use a few eggs) and then use a blender to whip up the egg. the egg white should become fluffy and whipped looking. apply to face, it will harden a little, rinse off.
My favourite has got to be the lemon face moisturiser

For tangy cheeks, combine a beaten egg yolk with two teaspoons of fresh lemon juice and whisk. Gradually add half a cup of olive oil until the mixture thickens. If it gets too thick, add more lemon juice. Massage into your face after cleansing. Store the mixture in the fridge for four to five days.
raw egg. now i know ur thinking raw yuch and that's what i thought but it made my face reallllllllly soft. what u do is u get 2 raw eggs, watter 5, and olive oil. then u mix that alll up and put that on your face wate till it is dry and then wash it off.
Papaya facials are wonderful!

You'll need:

1 ripe papaya

1/4 cup plain yogurt

Cut the papaya into pieces and put it in the blender with the yogurt. Blend until it's smooth. Massage it onto your face and leave it for 10 minutes. The enzymes in papaya exfoliate your skin.

What are the uses of banana facial ?

Results of banana facial .What are the uses of banana facial ?
Use an overripe banana alone as a dry skin mask. The vitamin A will restore a youthful glow while healing damage caused by cracked, dry skin. Leave on the face for 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. What are the uses of banana facial ?
in two words.. Glowing Skin.. yup.. banana facial gives a glowing skin when applied on dry skin..
Banana helps for pigmentation. It also tightens skin. But it makes skin dry. You can mix banana with honey and apply it on to ur face. This is very effective
hi!!!!!!!!

Step 1

Use to help psoriasis. Rub the inside of a banana peel to the affected area and although it will be red at first, you should notice a difference in your skin within a few days.

Step 2

Use to heal acne. Again, simply rub the inside of the banana peel over your acne, whether it's on your face or body, and your acne should improve within a few uses. I recommend applying at night so you don't smell like a banana all day.

Step 3

Take the bite out of poison ivy. Rub the inside of a banana peel onto the poison ivy area and the itching should stop and the inflammation will go down. Reapply as needed. This is a great reason to pack a few banana's on that camping or hiking trip.

Step 4

Heal warts. Rub the inside of a banana peel on the wart every night for a week and you will see improvement. Plantar's warts have responded well to this, and other warts may as well. If you are in a hurry, try taping the peel to the affected area overnight and you should see dramatic improvement within a week or two.

good luck!!!!!

Any ideas on home made made facial masks?

see i have tons of black heads, and i wanna get rid of 'em b4 school starts.Any ideas on home made made facial masks?
For black heads get the nose strips they sell at the pharmacy and then wash your face with warm water in order to open the pores . it would be better if you use a steamer then use the strip. It always work for meAny ideas on home made made facial masks?
yes! pick up a justeine magizine they have tons of ideas :D
Aspirin masks are good. However, make sure that you do not leave it on your face for more than 10 minutes. Mix crushed Aspirin with some water and leave it on your face. Make sure that the Aspirin is pure. Also, rubbing a little bit of Lemon juice helps. But do not do this after your Aspirin treatment.
Do this (speaking from experience when I was younger).

Boil water, pour boiling water in sink (with stopper on) and put a towel over your head. Do NOT emerge your face in the water - just let the steam hit your face until its dripping with water. Immediately drain the hot water and turn on the cold. Splash the cold water on your face.

Steam helps clean out your pores and the cold water shrinks your pores so you don't get oil / dirt back in. Do every night before bed.
Strawberries, or mangoes. Both have fruit acids that help loosen things up. Mix with mashed banana to moisturize. Honey is good to moisturize too, but only add a little, because it is sticky.

If you don't want to make your own. The only I like best is St. Ive's medicated apricot scrub. Rub it gently on your face, as gentle as when you shave, then let it sit for 5 minutes. Repeat ever 2-3 days. You will glow.
Believe it or not, milk of magnesium works well to absorb oil from the skin. You can also crunch up half a dozen aspirin (not coated) and mix with water to form a paste and put on your skin. Aspirin is salicylic acid, which is used in many beauty products to help remove blackheads.
Hi,

Keep your face clean by washing it with a good soap and water twice a day. If you wear makeup, use the non-comedogenic kinds, such as Cover Girl. Never sleep with make-up on, as it may clog your pores and cause break outs, even if it is non comedogenic (does not cause acne).

Keep yourself well hydrated by drinking lots of water, skip sugary drinks, sodas and caffeine. Eat right, try to eliminate junk food. The best skin comes from the inside first.

If you are still bothered by blackheads, don't pop them. Try using a papaya-mint tea bag on any breakouts. Make the tea and steep it for about 5 minutes. Then apply the tea bag to the affected area, as hot as you can take it (just be careful not to burn yourself). Hold the tea bag there for about 10 minutes.

You should be able to find papaya-mint tea bags at your local health food store. If you can't find them, try:

Is dry shaving bad when shaving facial hair, does it give razor bumps and is it good for your skin?

Yes its really bad. Not only will it give you razor bumps, you may get ingrown hairs, and it will burn. Dry shaving also strips the moisture away from your skin and gives you and unsightly rash. Don't do it! Is dry shaving bad when shaving facial hair, does it give razor bumps and is it good for your skin?
I do it sometimes, but you need to be gentle, only do it when its necessary (like if you are going to a meeting etc, and forgot to shave

How will i know that the facial care product is suitable and worth for me before i purchase it?

i tried so many products but nothing makes me better. i had a smooth face skin but i never found a suitable product that can help me maintain my face skin. the most usual problem is, the products i use always create a lot of small pimples on my skin as a result of making my face becomes oily. How will i know that the facial care product is suitable and worth for me before i purchase it?
Are you moisturizing after you wash? If I don't moisturize after I wash my face, my skin will produce too much oil to compensate for drying effects from the washing. I love Aveeno. I had very good luck with the Mary Kay system as well. They have several different lines for dry, oily, or combo skin. Any Mary Kay lady will give you a free consult (they know you'll buy their products because they're fabulous). It is a bit pricier obviously, but it works. My face is more like yours...pretty normal and smooth...not excessively oily or dry unless I use something that is too harsh on my skin, don't wash it enough, or don't moisturize after I wash. It's a process, but my face thanks me for it. The greatest thing abotu the Mary Kay stuff is that you get the whole shebang...cleaners, moisturizers, and make-ups that are compatible. (I swear I don't sell Mary Kay..I've just enjoyed using it). However, if you prefer to use things you can get at Target, I do recommend the Aveeno. How will i know that the facial care product is suitable and worth for me before i purchase it?
Skin products penetrate but the first layer of skin, and they do not help. They can make the skin lighter and milder in texture, but can not remove wrinkles, contrary to what their ads say.

You can try getting free samples of many products and then determine what would help you the best.
well you can maybe get some samples! but you need to use a product for a while before you know if it really works for you. atleast for 2-3 weeks. for normal skin, try Nivea -its a neutral cream.
To purchase a suitable product for skin care

YOU MUST KNOW THE TYPE OF YOUR SKIN

if your skin is oily-%26gt;choose products have label [For grassy skin]

if you skin is dry-%26gt;choose products have label [For dry skin]

If your skin is smooth %26amp; delicate DON'T use soap for long peorid during shower or washing your face because soap has an irritant substnace (sodium hydorxid NaOH)

-You can use creams which make skin soft and if your skin dry and there are many wounds due to it's dryness, you can use Glycerine (TOPICAL usage only)

-You can also use almond oil for skin care too
Have you ever tried Arbonne? They have several different lines that I'm positive that there's one to suit you. Go to FacialAdvice.com to find out more.
I had the same problem.... but the problem is - is that everyone is different when it comes to skin. What I found that was most effective (because I had really bad acne) was using cleansers like Cetaphil (and now I used Neutrogena Deep Clean - also a mask) that does NOT have those ';beads';. I found that the beads can make very tiny cuts in the skin (which is VERY sensitive) and then cause a site for breakouts. So the cleansers that I have used are very gentle while getting rid of the dirt. Obviously, don't pick at your skin, otherwise its a lost cause. Also, do not touch your face a lot. If you are a student (or a book reader) sometimes even touching the pages (therefore getting ink on your fingers and touching your face) may cause breakouts if you are that sensitive. I have tried EVERYTHING (from ProActiv to doxycycline and topical medications) since I was 11 (now im 21). I think because I'm finally growing out of it, it is working, but remember to use something very soft to the skin- nothing harsh like beaded cleansers.
    Hi,

What is the advantages of using facial tonner and what is the best way to use it?

It cleans your faces and pores thoroughly and your face will look healthier and fresher. I use it every morning and evening after cleansing your face with cleanser, mild soap and water. Use it on a cotton ball and you will be amazed at the dirt that still comes off your face even after cleansing first. Afterwards put on your moisturizer. Facial toners like Clinique work very well with mixed skin, normal and oily skin. It's like a light peeling which is the only way to stop aging. I use it always and it feels just so much better. What is the advantages of using facial tonner and what is the best way to use it?
You really should always use toner. Think of this: Would you wash your clothes but not put them through the rinse cycle?

If you don't use toner after your face wash then you are inevitably leaving residue from your wash on your face. The toner helps remove all of this as well as any left over dirt and oils on your face.

Just make sure that you are using a toner and face wash (and all other facial skin care products) that are made specifically for your skin type. Some toners, for example, can be too drying...you don't want to use one made for oily skin if your skin is normal or combination, for example. You will run the risk of drying out your skin.

Hope this helps! What is the advantages of using facial tonner and what is the best way to use it?
A toner purportedly eliminates oil, tightens pores, and gets the skin ready to absorb active ingredients in other products.

';Only people with extremely oily skin. And that鈥檚 only if you鈥檙e not already controlling oil in another way, like with a salicylic acid鈥揵ased cleanser or an oil-absorbing lotion. (Incidentally, 鈥渢here鈥檚 no truth to the theory that toners prep the skin or help other products penetrate better.Women with normal, dry, or sensitive complexions鈥晅hat is, almost everyone. Toners often overdry these types of skin, triggering the sebaceous glands to pump out more oil in an effort to prevent dehydration. The result: rebound greasiness and more breakouts.
It gets off all the extra makeup and dirt that face wash doesnt get. You will be amazed when u look at the cotton ball after you have used toner and wiped down your face. but just make sure to put on moisturizer afterward otherwise you'll dry out your skin and cause breakouts.
i agree with katie. wash your face first then the toner, then moisturize well. twice a day morning and bedtime. after a week you should see a difference in your skin, like a new glow!

What's a good oil free facial moisturizer that deeply moisturizes skin but doesn't make it too oily and

    doesn't make it break out?

i have VERY sensitive, acne prone skin. i am noticing it has become very dry though, lines all over my forehead. also i've been breaking out more than usual...i think my skin is trying to compensate for the dryness by increasing the secretion of oil...

i have been using clinique oil free moiture gel, but i think i need something mroe intensive, yet gentle. any recommendations? What's a good oil free facial moisturizer that deeply moisturizes skin but doesn't make it too oily and
My face is very temperamental and breaks out with everything. I have found a good product on EBay, I am unsure where to find it anywhere else but it is really cheap there, It is called Rejuvenique. i have been able to buy a complete set of products, facial wash, face moisturizer, neck cream and hand cream generally 3 or 4 of each for around $15.00, and I am really impressed with it. I have very normal skin other than the predicted break outs around that time of the month and this product seems to be gentle enough for my face to tolerate, look it up.What's a good oil free facial moisturizer that deeply moisturizes skin but doesn't make it too oily and
A good OTC one is Cetaphil facial soap. It's very gentle, I use it on my baby's face for his eczema. It moisturizes and cleanses so it should help prevent both dry skin and acne breakouts. I use it on my own face sometimes too and it makes it feel so smooth! You can get it most anywhere in the cosmetics/face care section.

  • Why do men shave all their facial hair to look like females or boys, not men. Why don't you a grow mustache?

Have you seen Daniel Craig or Daniel Day Lewis (sp?) with a beard? It's style - some people don't like facial hair. Plus, once you're older than 18, it becomes customary to expect professional men to NOT have facial hair. It's a cultural norm that's been around for at least fifty years.

Men rarely try to look like boys. And not having facial hair doesn't make a man look like a woman, silly :)Why do men shave all their facial hair to look like females or boys, not men. Why don't you a grow mustache?
Women like men who look more female.

i don't. my mother made me wax the upper lip before my wedding, and i vowed NEVER to do that again! it was the most painful thing! luckily, i don't really have to worry about it.
I go to the spa for threading. I haven't shaved my moustache ever since because i don't want it to grow fast and hard. It's a bit painful but I'm satisfies with the results.

No, unfortunately diet will not get rid of facial hair. There are many options to get rid of it. Sally Hansen facial hair removal. Can you get rid of unwanted facial hair by your diet? also give other ways please!?
Facial hair in females could be the result of a hormone imbalance. There are hereditary and genetic factors involved, so if you are embarrassed by this problem, then seek medical advice.

Otherwise if you wish to enhance your estrogen levels there are a number creams applied exogenously (transdermally), which can increase progesterone, such as wild yam.

As to food these would contain phytoestrogens as shown in links below.

Clearly you do not want to use depilatory creams for the rest of your life.
    Laser!';
    In a word, no.
I believe it is hormonal...it happened to me once i started taking a new type of birth control pill( at least that is when i noticed)....I would check with your physician, but i suggest keeping tweezers witcha and have a an electrologist in your rolodex...8)
If you are on the pill or other high hormonal contraceptives this can cause hair to grow in unwanted places, face, chest...etc.

Finding another form of contraception should help this to stop or reverse the effects. If not, I'm not really sure what you can do... I really don't think your diet would make a difference, maybe if your eating a lot of meat which has been fed hormones...? Try going to a doctor and talking to them about it. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
I had hoped to hear a positive response to this question as I have had this problem for a long time. I spent about $2000 on laser treatments and while I was undergoing the treatment my problem improved greatly but seemed to only improve to a certain point. My dermatologist suggested that maybe this was as good as it would get with removing my unwanted hair so I stopped the treatments. However, a year later, it is as if I never had any laser treatments at all. My problem is as bad as it was before laser treatment. Obviously, laser treatment is not as great as they say and certainly isn't permanent.
Laser therapy is expensive but quick and effective, possibly only works on dark hair. Electrolysis is expensive, takes longer, but effective. Waxing, plucking, and shaving will give you stubble. EW! Not a good thing, and waxing and plucking may damage the follicle, causing ingrown hairs. Also not a good thing.

Save your money and then go zap 'em! Once you're done treatment, you won't have to worry about it again.

A couple of questions about facial hair?

    1. Ryan Hollweg's moustache? One of the worst and greasiest looking ever?

    2. Which has more hair? Sidney Crosby's face or Robin William's knuckles?A couple of questions about facial hair?
Muahahahaha Sid's face or Robin Williams knuckles... that should get 10 points for asking that.A couple of questions about facial hair?
Robin Williams is sporting a better playoff beard on his knuckles than anyone currently playing in the NHL. Not to worry though, by the time the 4th round rolls around there will be 3-4 players who will be competitive.

Hollweg has one of the worst patches of facial hair in the league.
    1. everytime i see his face i laugh!! His moustache is the funniest thing and the ugliest thing. I want to take a razor to his face.

2.Robin willliam's knuckles definately but thats because robin williams is part monkey. and poor Crosby is just a little boy.
    1)Greasy and terrible

2)I found it funny that Williams had to shave all his body hair to play a college student in the movie ';World According to Garp';?So the answer is knuckles but even my goatee doesnt compare to Robins knuckles.
    1. Not a fan of the hollwegs stache. Parros is the only person who can rock the stanche, and look cool

    2. definatly the anyone of his knuckles, you can easily braid that stuff
    1. Everytime I see Hollweg's mustache I think I'm watching the 1978 Stanley Cup play-offs.

    2. Come on, the knuckes all the way. I expect that 1 hair on Sidney's chin to die of loneliness soon.
    1. HOLY CRAP!!! YEAH!!! how do you even explain that...does he lube it up with vasoline b4 the game??

    2. robin williams thumb hair beats sid's face hair!
    1) No comment. I can't stand the Drags well OK I guess I gotta

say something .. it's unusual to say the least

    2) Robin Williams's knuckles by far.
    1. Just flat out nasty looking.

    2. Robin William's knuckles.
    1) Hollweg looks like a 70's porn throw back. Really tacky and ugly

    2) Robin Williams knuckles any day. He is the hairiest man alive. Yuck also
    1. Odd.

    2. hahaha williams' knuckles by far.
    (1) more appropriate for snatching small children off a playground.

    (2) Knuckles... sid's face has yet to fill in. He looks like the kid that hollweg might kidnap from that playground heh.
1 - unique is the word

    2 - LOL - knuckles
    1) Haven't seen Hollwegs. Hasn't been on much tonight.

    2) Knuckles LOL
I agree with the 70 porn stache,, Its bad. Kind of looks like Randy Ladacour

Syd, I heard he gets waxed before each game, so he can be faster, so I have to go with knuckles.
Hardly a fair comparison on Q2 as Robin Williams is a mohair suit with eyes.
    1. Very greasy...

    2. I think Robin Williams could grow more hair on the bottom of his foot, then Crosby can on his face.
No one looks good with a mustache I'm saying that right now.

As for Crosby.....he's an amazing hockey player but he just looks like an Italian chick....
1.) It looks like he is going to attack little children

2.) The knuckles. Crosby's trying, it's not working.
    1) Bob, it is the ';party all over'; moustache.

    2) I have more eyelashes than Crosby's stache.
Robin Williams! My favorite actor/comedian of all time!

I am turning 16 in a week and i have hardly any facial hair?

i have wiskers on my cheeks chin and upper lip and they are dark hairs but they are not very thick and there is not a lot either. I only have to shave about once a week. When will i start growing more facial hairI am turning 16 in a week and i have hardly any facial hair?
Well, I have a pretty thick beard and mustache, and I'm 15. So just shave it and don't shave it for awhile. You have to give it time to grow. Just shave it and leave it for about 2-3 weeks. If it doesn't grow a lot, just shave it again.I am turning 16 in a week and i have hardly any facial hair?
I have friends who are in their 20s and only have to shave once or twice a week. I'm 19 and have to shave 3 times a week. It's different for every guy, but you won't notice major changes for 2-3 years. To tell how you're going to be a good estimate is look at your dad and your grandparents.
quit lying, you dont have to shave at all. and when you do get it, i'd bet you wouldn't like having to shave every 2 days
Could it be in a different area? Hint Hint.
Bout 18 id say but i dont think it really matters ano like a clean shaven man so it just means you dont have to shave more
its comes eventually, be glad you don't have to shave that much though
its all genetics. there is nothing you can do to make your facial hair grow more.

How come psychics study your facial expressions when they do readings?

I saw on Law %26amp; Order SVU that ';psychics'; do this to see minor movements in the face that indicate a positive or negative response.

So in fact, these psychics are not really psychic at all?How come psychics study your facial expressions when they do readings?
    hello Jenns Answers

I myself am a professional psychic. When I give guidance to a 'face to face' client I tend to avoid looking at them where possible, my eyes are either shut or my focus is on the wall in front of me. I find that looking at the client takes me out of the meditative state that we find ourselves in when we work. When on the phone - this is obviously not an issue.

Maybe you should not pay to much attention to the medias portrayal of psychics. The portrayal will only reflect the beliefs of those making the program %26amp; sensationalising any matter sells!

    In Peace

Pam RichardsHow come psychics study your facial expressions when they do readings?
Psychics aren't much different than anyone else ..... sometimes a face comes along they can't resist sneaking looks at.
Haha, psychics are fake! Some may have an accute attention to people's emotions, and may be able to guess things or the future, but they are just out there to get money. It's called business.
And how long did it take you to figure this out? I do believe that there are people with certain kinds of gifts that can't be explained away by science, but these commercial psychics that make you pay are charlatans.
Yep, how your face reacts to certain things (if it does) is a pretty good indicator when it comes to doing cold readings.

    .
most all of them are fake

  • Do you have a weird facial expression when you are in deep thought?

I tend to get the 1000 mile stare. You'd think I'm standing in Oklahoma and trying to see what's going on in Las Vegas. What's really strange when I'm that deep is that I can work without having to look at what I'm doing; I can reassemble the engine of a truck without actually paying any attention to what my hands are doing.

It seems to creep a lot of people out when my brain is obviously a million miles away and I'm working with the precision of a jeweler.

DDo you have a weird facial expression when you are in deep thought?
If I do, it's probably how I look most of the time.

Sometimes when I'm tripping, people will ask, ';What are you looking at?';, because apparently I'm staring off in a strange direction.

And I'm, like, ';I'm not looking at anything. I'm just thinking.'; And then I'll realize that my eyes are cast off in the direction of something that I hadn't even noticed before.Do you have a weird facial expression when you are in deep thought?
I have a weird facial expression all the time. lol. I'm basically like Cameron. I just have what could best be described as a blank look on my face. Some people say I look 'lost'. It's rather intimidating actually, lol I don't look very friendly. Thought doesn't come by very often for me...
Lol, yeah. :P I always look angry... woops.

Or I just stare at the wall. And I tend to ignore people when I'm lost in thought. They always have to call me about 3 times. lol.

    xx
Yeah; Hah. I get this blank often mistaken for confused look, my mouth hangs open just a little bit and my head is slightly tilted, and I just stare... I can see why I look confused, but i'm not :)
When I think deeply, I glare, and my friends point out to me that I look like a total jerk.
Yes, very weird I've heard. I usually look like I'm scowling, and I either scratch my head or rub my chin :P
No. No one can ever tell what I'm thinking or if I'm even thinking.
I do a slight frown, it's natural for me.
yeahhh my jaw pops out of place *its broken* and my eyes go into a deep stare :p
i make little wrinkles on my forehead and pout my lips while staring blankly into space.. lol
i get told that i tend to squint my eyes
i bet that your ex stinky room mate had a weird facial expression on his face when he caught you chewing the skid marks out of his dirty underwear

Using Ivory soap as a facial cleanser ?

Well, my skin is EXTREMELY sensitive, and i break out really easily. My dad suggested on using ivory soap to wash my face, but i also have to use a moisturizer because my skin is dry. Help?Using Ivory soap as a facial cleanser ?
NEVER use ivory soap. Ivory is ment for your body, and the skin on your body isn't as sensitive as the skin on your face. Ivory soap would make your skin dry out even more.

Instead, I suggest Cetaphil, or a facial cleanser for very sensitive skin types. Also try natural products or even home remides so that you know your face wash isn't packed with chemicals.Using Ivory soap as a facial cleanser ?
I would not recommend any soap on your face. You can find mild cleansers for sensitive skin at the stores, and if you can find it I would just recommend rinsing it with water. Soap can make your face even drier.

    Hope I helped :)
Don't use ivory soap. Instead I would try some Aveno products or some Ceptahil products.

How to give yourself a facial?

There are some very basic steps that go to giving yourself a facial:

    1. cleanse - use an appropriate cleanser for your skin type. Remember to cleanse twice and use tepid water to remove your cleanser. Follow the directions on your cleanser. Some have you apply directly to dry skin, others you just mix with a little water to emulsify and gently apply to damp skin. Your first cleaning - removes make-up, dust and grime. The second cleaning - is the actual cleaning of your skin. Be gentle during each cleaning and use light upward sweeping motions starting with your neck and working up toward your forehead.

    2. Next you'll want to exfoliate. How often you do this process will be dictated by your skin. Are you acneic? Do you have dry skin? Combination skin? mature skin? Also, there are different types of exfoliants. There are physical exfoliants, i.e. creams that contain small grains that help to lift dead flaking skin (such as St. Ive's Apricot Scrub) and dirt AND there are chemical exfoliants such as lotions containing acids (lactic, glycolic) in small levels that help to exfoliate the skin and encourage cell turn over. There are also proteolytic enzymatic exfoliators (such as Jan Marini's Clean Zyme/Skin Zyme) that are derived from natural sources that can be used to exfoliate and retexturizes the skin leaving it soft and smooth. ';Proteolytic'; refers to an enzymatic reaction that can digest dead or diseased protein material without harming living healthy cells. Remember the type of exfo;liant is up to you but should meet your skin's needs.

If you were going to a therapist, massage and extractions might be in order. In lieu of this, use long, even strokes when applying creams and lotions to the skin. Spend a little time putting on your moisturizer. Work from the neck up and finish your application with smaller, tapping motions...again, from the neck up. Apply slight pressure to pressure points along sinus cavities, temples, walking fingers up the forehead, etc. Small easy movements you can do yourself.

    3. Mask - Do you need a mask? If you have acne, try a clay mask. Clay is ';drawing'; and helps to pull impurities to the surface. Do you have dry skin? If so, a hydrating mask would be in order. Again, this step is dependent on the type of skin your have and what your needs are. Sometimes more than one mask might be needed. Here's a great ';Homemade Asprin Mask'; that's good for just about everyone but dry skin. It also acts as an exfoliator so go easy on the exfoliation when using this mask:

The aspirin mask is a homemade BHA mask available to each and everyone of us, totally inexpensive and highly efficient, made of salicylic acid or tablets of aspirin. BHA is known to help tremendously with cleaning pores from deep inside and therefore contribute to keeping our skin blemish-free. BHAs are efficient on existing blemishes as well, by helping them heal faster and keeping pores clean afterwards.

Indications: all skin types, especially normal to oily and combination skin, acne-prone and clogged skin.

Basic preparation: 1/4 tsp. salicylic acid (ask for it at pharmacy, if you cannot find it, then crush 3-5 tablets of plain aspirin instead), distilled water. Mix the powder with the water until it becomes of a creamy consistence, apply on clean dry skin (focus on T-zone and sides of the nose). Keep it on until completely dry. Take a small cotton pad, wet it lightly and begin scrubbing the areas covered with the mask, making small circles. Finally, rinse with plenty of water. It would be excellent to apply a calming mask or a hydrating mask first, followed by your regular moisturizer. Skin will be left completely smooth and even.

There are practically unlimited versions of this mask. You can add yoghurt for an astringent effect, aloe vera, honey. You can also make the mask using a basic moisturizer mixed with salicylic acid instead of water, as it will be less harsh on the skin and will be more easy to use. Another option is to mix salicylic acid / crushed aspirin into a mask: into a clay mask, a hydrating mask or a soothing mask. My personal favourite is aloe vera mask with a hint of salicylic acid - application is much better, skin is less irritated and dried compared to aspirin with water, the feeling left after this mask is absolutely unique so smooth and clean!

If you use powdered salicylic acid, it is advisable to limit the quantity to 1/4 tsp. for the whole face, too much will burn the skin. If using aspirin tablets, you will probably need somewhere between 3 and 10 tablets depending on the area where you apply it.

Do not apply it near to eye zone, as it would be extremely drying and irritating for the sensitive skin there.

Refrain yourself from over-using it. For very oily skin and for severe blemishes, every 3 days would be more than enough in order not to stress the skin and obtain maximum efficiency. Other skin types should use it once a week or twice a month (dry to very dry, sensitive skin).'; This is from DIY Skin Savers which can by found here at ezine articles: http://ezinearticles.com/?DIY-Skin-Saver…

    4. Hydration. - Your final step in any facial is hydration followed by the application of a sunscreen of SPF 30 or greater. Even oily skin heeds hydration so if this is a particular problem for you, make sure you're purchasing the right product for your particular skin.

NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE WITHOUT WEARING SUNSCREEN!!

Follow this final rule and I will promise flawless skin for a lifetime. Sun and smoking are THE most harmful things to do to your skin. I see it daily with clients who are now seeing the damage some 20 years later.

For gentleness and overall great products and great prices, I recommend either Cetaphyl or Purpose products. Both can be found in drugstores, are relatively inexpensive and are recommended by dermatologists. You can find info on them here:

    Your question is too general.

I'll tackle 2 points, Facial Mask %26amp; Massage.

Mask: in stores. But masks are many %26amp; different according to your skin type.

For instance, if your skin's DRY, then you need a YOGURT mask to MOISTURIZE.

If OILY, then TOMATO one to PURIFY. If COMBINATION, then ORANGE to PEEL dead skin cells.

    ALGAE, for ALL skin types.

Home made facials are numerous too. The easiest time saving to make of what I know are:

LEMON, if OILY skin, to PURIFY. In some cases, it has to be DILUTED if felt ITCHY.

    For all skin types:

1- MILK to MOISTURIZE %26amp; COOL down, applied on cotton.

2- ROSE WATER to COOL down %26amp; CLOSE pores.

3- White HONEY, the bright one, not the black one. It provides valuable NUTRITION %26amp; is fine to apply even everyday, unlike the other facials, that are enough to be applied 2 or 3 times a week.

4- YEAST, of the bread too. It ENORMOUSLY PURIFIES. Eating it too noticeably PREVENTS ZITS from showing right away.

Not totally though cuz zits are from inside, it's HORMONES that cause it. One of the zits' reason is that the body CAN'T GET RID of some bacteria.

I eat yeast %26amp; I can tell the DIFFERENCE. I get it from the BAKERY since they use it for bread.

It doesn't taste good but not too ugly. Tip: Keep it in freezer, then eat a big coin sized piece FROZEN with water/juice so as to be able to swallow it %26amp; to not taste it at all.

Eye masks: Milk again, CUCUMBER of course, SWEET ALMOND OIL %26amp; OLIVE OIL to MOISTURISE %26amp; do other pretty stuff I don't remember.

BUT OILS should be applied AWAY from the EYELIDS itself cuz they'll SLIP into the eye %26amp; burn/hurt it. Should be just flushed if occured.

    2- Finally.. heh.. Massage:-

You can buy little facial massagers like Dove's or Neutrogena's, or diy [Do It Yourself]. Here are CoOL videos %26amp; the website is so lovely:- [1st link is easier]

first of all you dont look like a wierdo, and you dont need that much in change, first of all you can start my getting either contacts or lasic surgery, glasses give people that nerdy look, and then go to ur barber and ask him for a new look in a cut u can try hey maybe even if you like to change ur haircolor either a shade lighter or a shade darker, and then your wardrobe get a nice wardrobe, see whats in go to the main department stores and ask the workers there, they are more than happy to help you in that category, and finally PERSONALITY! dont go around hanging a grudge of how you look, you should be thankful for your health, and that you have your life ahead of you, so hopefully these tips will get your spirit up, take care and all the bestHow can I improve my facial looks ?
Well, clicking on your link only caused further pop ups which i didnt appreciate but, there isnt much you can change. Sorry.

What's the best acne facial wash?

I need a good acne facial wash that works really well on normal-oily skin. I prefer if it's a scrub and is not Proactiv or Acne Free. I need to get it at drug stores and it has to be worth the money. I'm looking for a scrub or wash that ranges from 10-15 dollars.

    Requirements for best answer:

-has to be not ProActiv or Acne Free

    -can get at drug stores

-has to be between 10-15 dollars

    -your experience with it

Thanks. What's the best acne facial wash?
well 10-15 is a little pricey imo, but maybe where you live things are more expensive; i use clean and clear morning burst in the morning and at night lol it makes my face feel really fresh and clean... its like my motivation for getting up and ready in the morning on weekdays, maybe im just a big loser, but i think its super amazingWhat's the best acne facial wash?
well i use the orange, but the green wasnt out last time I bought some, I have wanted to try it... the orange works good for me, but if you end up trying the green lemme know how it works out for u... thanks for the best awnser Report Abuse

Ok I use to use nothing but Mary Kay, but now I use all Olay products. They have a really nice face wash with no scrubbers in it and they also make it for your type of skin. Not all of us are the same, so you might have to try a few to find what works best for you. It does not cost even $10 and if you like Olay you will like the rest of their products. Good Luck!
neutragena is good but i dont know if they have a kind that comes in a scrub but it works great. i used it during my teen years when i had acne
I personally like Olay Daily Facial Scrub (it has mircobeads in it and is sensitive). I also use Olay daily moisturizer with SPF 15. This all costs me about $13.

Also everyone thinks that Olay is for older women but I'm 20 and it is the only thing that has worked on my skin.
I use Neutrogena, its lie 19.00 bucks (a little over) and I got it at walmart. It comes in an orange package and it's a wash, day and night cream. I really like it. It says its better than proactive on the package
soap %26amp; water or witch hazel
Clean %26amp; Clear Advantage Acne Control Kit.

You can purchase it at your local WalMart, for about $18.00 not including tax.

It includes a facial cleanser [step 1] ; Moisturizer [step 2] ; and lastly the incredible spot treatment [step 3].

I've had it for less than a week and have already seen results. I don't want to sound like a commercial, but I truly recommend this product. It was well worth my $20.00. I know its a little out of your price range, but I was fully satisfied with this for the miracles it had created for me.

I'm not sure how it will work for you, because everybody's skin is different. But I thought it was a fabulous product and highly recommend you try it! Good luck!
Well - it's not in your price range but Arbonne Clear Advantage is awesome. I doubt you'd get the results you're looking for with quality ingredients from a drug store brand costing $10-$15. Arbonne is botanically-based, contains no animal products or byproducts, contains no mineral oil, is not tested on animals and has no added checmical dyes or fragrances. Check it out at:

Before you let yourself be put under the knife by a Thai - consider the Thai-mentality.

as you may know :' Doesn't matter, who cares, ' are the Thai attitude to things and other people.

so...Who is considered to be the best SRS (sex reassignment surgeon)%26amp; FFS (facial feminization) in Thailand?

the best skin products for u is nivea

it is cheap and works very well

also here are some great tips for u

    # eat lots of fruits and vegetables and no fast food drink lots of water and the food should be rich in minerals and vitamins

    # wash your skin about twice a day with a gentle clenser and warm water don't over wash and make shure you get all of the clenser off because if you don't it can clog pores and cause even more pimples

    # tone your skin with toner after you wash your face it helps to get off any excess clenser and closes pores

    # mostuireise your skin after you wash and tone it makes your skin soft and make shure you choose a moisturiser that won't clog your pores these ususaly come in a gel form

    # Resist the temptation to apply too much moisturizer.

    # Always wear sun screen, sunglasses and a hat when you go out in the sun.

    # Use a gentle exfoliator several times per week or, at most, only once each evening. Exfoliators are another overused beauty product that causes damage in excess. Their purpose is to gently scrub off the debris and carefully remove dead skin. You shouldn't consider exfoliators as sand paper for the skin that needs constant application.

    # Treat your skin. Once a week you can give your skin a treat, such as applying a face mask or steaming your skin. But make sure what you treat your skin with suits your skin type, or you might make things worse. Instead of harshly exfoliating for acne, try using tea tree oil-it really works. Dab a small amount of tea tree oil on the spot, or steam your face with it. For oily or sensitive skin, you might want to skip the fancy products and simply apply yogurt to your face. It also helps acne. Yogurt clears the skin and is gentle. This will work for dry skin too. Tougher treatments for the skin include retinol cream, which is a derivative of vitamin A, and glycolic peels. Be careful, though, because these products take a layer off of your skin and applying them too often can cause damage. Wash and moisturize after steaming, exfoliating or applying a face mask. Follow the directions.
i Would Say Use Noxzema Thats A GREAT Cleanser For the Face. Also Wash your Face With Cold Water That Closes The pores And Gives it A Shine
i've been on a quest for past couple of years to find the perfect facial cleanser and i'm LOVING this bar soap by Kiss My Face called Pure Olive Oil Soap. It has only 3 all-natural ingredients and leaves my skin clean, plump, smooth, and not dry. i have really sensitive skin so that's kind of amazing)

but what's going to make skin glow is a proper chemical exfoliant. try something with alpha-hydroxy acid (often listed as glycolic acid), but less than 10% or else it will irritate your skin, in the ingredients list. that stuff dissolves the top layer of dead skin cells and improves collagen and blood flow to the healthy living cells below.

    also exercise is good. :)
