Yes its really bad. Not only will it give you razor bumps, you may get ingrown hairs, and it will burn. Dry shaving also strips the moisture away from your skin and gives you and unsightly rash. Don't do it! Is dry shaving bad when shaving facial hair, does it give razor bumps and is it good for your skin?
I do it sometimes, but you need to be gentle, only do it when its necessary (like if you are going to a meeting etc, and forgot to shave
