Is facial and treading license is different than cosmetology license in California?

Not sure what treading is...But with Facials(Which is considered skin.)it is, and it isn't..when you have a cos. license, You are licensed to do Hair nails and Skin(including Facials.) or you can just be licensed to do Skin(Esthetician.)
