I thread my eyebrows and sometimes it hurts like a motherf****r, I couldn't imagine doing anything else by threading though! When the Hair grows back its quite visible no matter what colour hair you have so I'd suggest against it. Natural is beautiful :) and the answer to your question is.....NO!
Are you on birth control? Birth control gives women excessive hair growth that's why i don't take it, You may want to try laser hair removal to fix this it is not expensive.
