It's initially going to pull your hair, then it will treat the root so the hair won't grow again. Make sure you go to a certified and licensed practitioner though. I know someone who waxes his facial hair off every 3 weeks, but do not know of medication that you are reffering to.
They have this laser thing. They put it on the root of the hair and burn the hair folicle. WARNING! It hurts! My cousin tried it.
