Is their any kind of lotion/creme that repairs facial skin that has razor bumps and noticeable shaving cuts?

i was shaving (first time)just used my sister razor and some regular soap,i guess i pressed down to hard to now my skin is like white from pressing down to deep,is their any lotion/creme that can repair natural skin?Is their any kind of lotion/creme that repairs facial skin that has razor bumps and noticeable shaving cuts?
ah yes razor burn, I got some by accident this am! Just a wet cloth can help for now--it apparently goes away in a few days.





After this try an olive oil based soap OR a moisturising based shave cream.





Also consider nair or veet--they ';eat'; the hair %26amp; you just shower off the cream after a few minutes. Not the best if you are allergic to fragrance but overall a better alternative than razors.
