i dont have acne but i think its because i dont use products to prevent it, all i do is scrub my face when im in the shower with shampoo and im a very happy guy. stress and being in the same spot too long is the leading causes of acne and maybe this is why you have it.

Try using clean and clear ( they have different types of scrubs for different types of skin. Like dry skin, oily skin, or combo skin) Then what will really work wonders for you is CLEARISIL its amazing and you'll see results in about a week good luck!
Neutrogena is good. I also like Clinique. They have a three step system that works really well. I have heard good things about Proactive, but I have not tried it myself. I have friends that love it, though. Have you tried face masks? Those may help as well. Good luck!

DONT USE CLEARISIL IT STRIPS SKIN OF NATURAL OIL THAT IT NEEDS use only natural products
If your skin is oily, the best thing to do is to minimize irritation of it. This means that washing your face twice a day shld suffice. Anything more than that will only irritate your skin and make it redder. If you have acne, the aggresive scrubbing can even make it worse!
If parts of you face feel oily during the day, the oil can be wiped away with a mild alcohol-and-water astringent such as Neutrogena Clear Pore Oil-Controlling astringent or Clean 7 Clear Advanced Acne Pads. This will help to lessen the amount of oil on your face and reduce the possibility of getting acne.

I use African black soap, which I find great for my skin since it contains shea butter. I, along with my friends, get it from:
